I couldn't be happier! My wooden windows were off the tracks and would not stay closed. Another company told me I needed new springs and it would cost around 700.00 to fix. Window Repair group examined the windows, said the springs were fine, adjusted the brackets holding the windows and now they all work perfectly. the charge was less than 200.00 and he was here and gone in less than an hour. It's been a month of opening and closing the windows and still perfect.Great friendly service, he showed me how to adjust should it happen again, not to mention saving me hundreds of dollars!
On a Sunday during the cold, I heard a pop and walked out to see the the patio widow shattered. Looked on the internet and found Window Repair Group. Called them and they answered right away. I sent a picture they gave me a quote and came out the next day to measure for the new window. It was replaced two weeks later. Ruslan and his brother Ali were very professional and kept me informed. Their customer service is outstanding. You might question all the five star reviews. Let me tell you, they are worth every one of them.
I hired this company to replace some rotting window frames that were in really bad shape on my Chicago townhouse. The other window companies I talked to insisted on replacing the giant, custom windows -- but this company was able to replace the rotten wood frames with custom-made replacements that blended in perfectly with the original historical woodwork, all without the need to replace the windows.This company was very responsive--they sent someone out for a free in-person quote within a day of me reaching out, and a week later I had a carpenter hard at work on my home. I highly recommend them!
I HIGHLY recommend this company! We got a timely estimate last fall but decided to wait until spring to start. They have been here almost 3 weeks and have repaired many windows sashes and sills that were rotting. I have to say that Zainulla and Abdullah were true craftsmen - I had a huge beautiful french door above my front door that was just a mess and they basically rebuilt it. They were clean, respectful of my home and yard and worked long hours everyday to get the job done. They were efficient, but did not rush the job - they really took their time to get everything perfect! I had one of their competitors do a similar job on one window a few years ago and I have to say I was happier with Window Repair Group than the other more well known company. I have a some windows left that did not need repairing at this point - they did not try to upsell me at all and I will be calling them when I need them done. I am also very happy with the 10 year warranty on the job - I have a feeling we will not be needing to use the warranty after watching them work. You can't go wrong with the company!

I had a structural issue with a second floor window. They were the first to respond to multiple calls to a variety of companies. Immediately available, reasonably priced, masked at my request, prompt, kept in touch via text, and very efficient. Abdullah was the best.
Recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I called. I needed a casement window crank mechanism and handle replaced. From the initial call of inquiry, to the in person estimate for measurements and to the quick install of the new mechanism, the gentlemen that came out were all on time and very professional. Masks were worn without issue and I appreciated that.
I had a window with a broken seal that was cloudy. I called Window Repair Group and had a wonderful experience. I sent a picture and the job was estimated through text. He came out very promptly to take measurements and said it would take 5 to 8 business days to get the new glass. On the sixth day Abdullah and Umar came out with the new window glass. The window is very old and it was not an easy job. They were very professional and polite. They worked outside in the heat so that there was no mess in my house. Responded via email with some estimates. Was able to set up a time pretty quickly. Abdullah came alone and since my window was so heavy, he needed to call in Ruslan as well. They were able to fix both windows and the total was less than another estimate I got. Great service and effort. Communication was little harder with Abdullah due to language barrier but was fine with ruslan. Not a big deal though. Was able to pay via Zelle which was convenient.
Ruslan was very responsive with estimates and scheduling. Abdullah was a very polite, clean, conscientious worker - staying much later than expected to complete the job.Will use them again for any future problems.
