I found this company a couple years back on Google. Money was tight so I never did the repair. I reached out approximately a month ago to do a repair on two double thermopane windows above my kitchen sink. One was cracked and the other one had a broken seal. These guys came out measured the windows ordered the new ones and promised they’d be back in a little less than two weeks to do the installation. As promised, Aslan showed up and did a fantastic job. I can now open my blinds because I now have beautiful windows that were installed like a professional. They also had very fair pricing which was a major plus. 5 stars for them for sure.
I had a simple job - repair one casement window - replace the hinge! No one would come out for this small job, even the original window installer. Thank goodness for Ruslan and Aliy! We had severe damage to our greenhouse and thanks to Window Repair Group, everything is good as new. They replaced seven shattered panels and even went above and beyond by cleaning out some extra areas that I couldn’t reach and took away all job trash. Thanks guys!
The Window Repair Group did an excellent job in providing the replacement of window crank mechanisms for several of our windows. Ali was extraordinarily friendly and professional during both his estimate visit and when he returned to install the mechanisms.
Recommend 100%. Professional, responsive, respectful and fair. Replaced broken window in condo as well as a few broken window hand cranks. These are Anderson windows and Anderson refused to come out and replace since I’m above 3rd floor. Doesn’t make sense. Window Repair Group guys were so friendly and professional.
The window repair person (Zane) did a fantastic job repairing 9 windows at our place and replacing 2 of them. Lot's of quality hardwood that was replaced, finished and stain matched to existing woodwork. A lot of the wood framing behind the flashing was replaced due to rot and re-caulking and silicone sealing. Great people and quality work for a reasonable price. Zane was always on time and is very skilled. It was a 2 week job. I highly recommend the Window Repair Group Inc!
Best window repair company period ! These guys are professional, friendly, accommodating, trustworthy and hardworking! Rus, Aslan and Aliy are my absolute favourites! After giving me a great quote the guys explained how the process would go. When at my house they were caring and respectful while working fast, they definitely know what they are doing. Here I am 4 years later still impressed with the job they’ve done ! You won’t regret hiring them!

Ali, the installer, and his brother that came to measure both did and excellent job. They were very communicative and answered all my questions in a friendly and understandable manner. The process started by sms, they gave me an estimate in minutes over the phone just by looking at pictures and after I gave the go ahead came and measure 2 days after. In less than a week I have my four window glasses repaired. What for me has made the difference is that they have been very good at letting me know the time they were going to arrive to my home and that has allowed me to arrange better my work schedule. The windows look amazing and when Ali left the house and surroundings were clean and pristine, the only signal of work having got done was the shiny new glass. I will definitely work with them again.

After a few years of looking for legit window repair business, these guys are absolutely phenomenal! First of all Ruslan who's one of the owners is very courteous, professional and timely when communicating. And it's amazing with how busy they are. They gave me a very competitive quote. They were cheaper than most and about the same as another one I found but my guy told me to choose them. And I'm glad I did. Overall we had 1 glass from a window replaced, 4 windows adjusted, and also latches and pivot bar replaces! Abdullah came out last to do some of the adjustments and latch work, while Ruslans brother did the glass replacement. These guys are definitely running a great business and highly recommend them!!! My buddy's are landlords around the Chicagoland area so not only will I be calling Window Repair Group for any future work, I'll recommend them to my close fam and friends! Thanks Ruslan!

I've had 2 panes of glass replaced over the last year or so, 1 in the garage and one in a 4 panel inner door. Both experiences have been really prompt with an excellent quality of work. I hope not to have any more broken windows but if I do, this is the go-to place.

Responded via email with some estimates. Was able to set up a time pretty quickly. Abdullah came alone and since my window was so heavy, he needed to call in Ruslan as well. They were able to fix both windows and the total was less than another estimate I got. Great service and effort. Communication was little harder with Abdullah due to language barrier but was fine with ruslan. Not a big deal though. Was able to pay via Zelle which was convenient.
Sunmer 2021. We quoted 4-5 contractors to replace 7 window/patio door glasses. Their quote had the best price. Russ came and measured everything. Told us that 7-8 business day wait time for the glasses. We did not have to pay down payment. Then 2 guys (Abdulla and Zaihulla) came within the expected time frame. They are both very polite and professional. They did a nice job, cleaned the windows and working area afterwards. It was a beautiful job. It took them about 3 hours to replace 3 patio door glasses and some windows in 2 different houses that I own. I am very happy. Russ also text me their 1099 info so that I can take tax deductions next year. Recommend!
Recommended to me by a friend and I’m glad I called. I needed a casement window crank mechanism and handle replaced. From the initial call of inquiry, to the in person estimate for measurements and to the quick install of the new mechanism, the gentlemen that came out were all on time and very professional. Masks were worn without issue and I appreciated that.
At first, I received an estimate which was far less than what other companies quoted me for the exact same type of glass. I was bit worried about the service because of the low estimate but I decided to go with them anyway as they were offering 7 years of warranty. The two men team (Abdullah & Omar) showed up on time on the designated date. Both were incredibly professional and courteous. They replaced for me a high ceiling window glass (of size = 6 ft * 4 ft) which was cracked all over. They did a really nice job in replacing it without creating any mess. They put down tarps to protect our floor. They are the experts and know how to do their job really really well. I highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough about the great experience we had with Ruslan and the window repair group. First call I made and was able to get a quote by text on a Sunday afternoon a week later I had a new slider pane installed where the seal had broke and fogged the pane. This group is awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I don’t often write reviews but this one is well worth the 5 star review.
